Who is responsible for this website?
Kitchen Fitter York is operated by WIVNA LTD, company number 16841881, registered in England and Wales. Wivna Ltd is responsible for the personal information processed in operating this website.

No kitchen enquiries are being collected
The website currently provides information about kitchen-fitting services. Project enquiry forms are unavailable. We do not accept or store kitchen-project enquiries, send enquiry emails or pass visitors’ project details to installation professionals through this website. Resend, Turnstile and the prepared enquiry database are not active.
Independent fitting professionals will assess, quote, contract for and carry out installation work if enquiries are opened in future. We will update this notice before that collection begins.
Information used to deliver and protect the site
Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information to serve pages and protect the website. This can include IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser or device information, response details and security signals. Please do not put personal or confidential information in page URLs.
We use this information for reliable delivery, troubleshooting and preventing abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating a secure, functioning website. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies, analytics and local storage
We do not add analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Fonts and photographs are served with the website. The site does not store enquiry details or tracking identifiers in browser storage.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when a protective challenge is required, such as a clearance cookie recording that a check has been passed. Their use depends on the protection applied to a particular request. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for purposes and durations. These are not marketing cookies.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery and security services. GitHub stores our website source code; it does not receive visitor requests through this website. We do not sell visitor information or share it with installers during this pre-enquiry period.
Cloudflare operates a global network and information may be processed outside the UK. Its applicable data protection terms provide safeguards for restricted transfers, including contractual safeguards and the UK arrangements described in its Customer Data Processing Addendum. You can write to us for further information about applicable safeguards.
How long information is kept
We do not create a customer-enquiry database or retain submitted project details during this period. Technical information is processed within Cloudflare’s service and security retention arrangements. The relevant criteria are the operational need to deliver the service, investigate faults or security incidents, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations; we do not keep separate visitor-level log archives.
If you contact us by post about privacy, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond, demonstrate how the request was handled and meet any applicable legal obligations. We review any longer retention needed for an unresolved complaint or legal claim.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure or restriction of its use. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. We may need information to verify a request and locate the relevant records.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the privacy address above and explain your circumstances. We will consider your request under the applicable data-protection rules.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the website’s processing changes, including before enabling enquiry forms, new processors or optional analytics.
